Garnerville is a village at the municipality of Haverstraw in the county of Rockland, state of New York, United States. Found in the north of New City, east of Mount Ivy, west of West Haverstraw and south of Stony Point. The hamlet’s name is came from Garner family that manage fabric printing business in the Minisceongo Creek nearby Railroad Avenue started 1838.
